A way in which my social media app will gain a source of revenue is through in app adverts. These adverts are from other companies and products that will ‘pop up’ when users are on the app, advertising a product. This will gain us money as the companies will pay us for advertising their product or company. This increases our profit/revenue.

Another way to create profit/revenue is through in app purchases. On my app there is a feature to buy extra features on my app, such as buy the ‘premium feature’ which is to have HD features on my app and remove adverts. This will be 99p and increases profit as the more people that buy this feature, it will increase my apps profit.
