The main purpose of my social media app 'Animal Hut' is to connect users from around the country for their love of animals. The users can adopt animals from other users, interact with other users through group or individual message chats. Also, users can like/share each others posts which is very similar to other social media apps such as Facebook, which it has proved popular with. In addition the main purpose of my app is to bring a social media element to the adoption of animals in need. Not many animals get adopted that are in need to be, I believe that social media apps like mine can improve this and hopefully give animals more loving homes.
Another purpose of my app is like any other social media app, to allow people to talk online and interact with each other. Users will have a friends list were they can choose to add people as friends if they want to talk to them or are interested in their animal. My app is all user-generated content that users can post on their profile page for other people to see.
